ERP specialist

Managing ERP implementation projects at various levels (functionality, modules, enterprises, group of companies);
Analyzing and documenting business processes for optimization and improvement;
Preparing and coordinating technical assignments, as well as conducting functionality testing;
Developing manuals and training users for effective use of the ERP system;
Providing technical support to users and resolving emerging issues;
Continuously monitoring project risks, deadlines, budgets, and coordinating the work of external consultants.

Experience working in a manufacturing company (logistics, procurement, production) for at least 5 years or experience working with ERP systems as a consultant for at least 3 years;
Successful experience in managing ERP implementation projects and/or participating in ERP implementation projects as a key user;
Higher education in production management, logistics, or IT;
Proficiency in Russian and English at a high level;
Deep understanding of ERP systems' principles and skills in working with various project management tools.
