ERP specialist (Epicor)

Participate in the support and optimization of the Epicor ERP system within the company.
Collect and analyze user requirements, addressing and resolving issues related to system operation.
Configure and test new features and modules in the ERP system.
Document business processes and technical specifications.
Develop training materials (manuals) and conduct training sessions for employees.
Collaborate with the ERP team and external consultants to address complex technical tasks.

At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company (logistics, procurement, production) OR experience with ERP systems (implementation, configuration, or support).
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, 1C) will also be considered.
Ability to analyze and document business processes.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to gather requirements and train users.
A higher education degree in production planning, logistics, IT, or a related field.
Proficiency in Russian (native or fluent) and confident English for working with documentation and international communication.
