Entry-Level KYC Specialist

Your Mission

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented entry-level KYC Specialist (evening shifts, Wednesday to Sunday) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of multiple iGaming companies by supporting customer due diligence and compliance activities across various regulated markets.

As a KYC Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include verifying customer identities, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will help to manage the customer lifecycle and support efforts to improve conversion rates, prevent churn, and enhance customer reactivation and retention.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Operational Development, and Operations Gaming Support, as well as external partners such as game providers. This position is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and growing industry.

What You’ll Do

As an entry-level KYC Specialist, your role will focus on supporting the compliance and customer verification processes essential for iGaming products. Here are your key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough checks on customer identities to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements for the iGaming sector. This includes verifying personal information against databases, checking for any discrepancies, and maintaining records of verification processes.

• Support the compliance team in auditing and reviewing practices and documents to ensure all activities remain in line with industry regulations and standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and verifications. Ensure that all KYC documents are collected, validated, and stored securely according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Regularly communicate with customer support, legal, and risk management teams to resolve any KYC-related issues. Build and maintain relationships with third-party service providers and regulatory bodies to stay updated on changes in compliance requirements.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer transactions for suspicious activities. Support the risk management team in implementing anti-fraud measures based on transactional data and customer verification outcomes.
