Employer Branding Specialist

We are looking for a talented Employer Branding Specialist, who will be our key spokesperson in telling the story of ABB as an employer. You will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition team, partnering closely with other team members locally and globally, businesses and HR leaders in Baltics. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition North Europe Lead you will drive energizing initiatives and attracting the best candidates in line with business strategies.

Your responsibilities

• Based on business needs, develop a consistent and innovative plan on how to be more visible as employer of choice for students and professionals in Baltics
• Collaborate closely with Global Employer Branding Community, taking part of global calls, initiatives and bringing best practices into Baltics
• Manage internal and external initiatives (eg. Events, Social Media Campaigns, Articles, etc) to improve the brand of ABB as an employer
• Maintain a solid connection with professionals’ networks in order to showcase ABB as employer of choice
• Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and develop sourcing and attraction strategies in collaboration with Talent Partners and Talent Sourcer
• Ensure that ABB Employer Brand is correctly deployed in all relevant digital or offline channels targeting
• professionals
• Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to create synergies and target challenges proactively

Your background

• Expertise in branding and communication, developing marketing and social media plans and campaigns
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or HR related fields
• Good knowledge of the Baltic talent market is an asset
• End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects
• Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders
• Very good communication skills, strong customer service orientation
• Fluency in Estonia and English, both written and spoken
• Team spirit, self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive
