Email Marketing & Communication Specialist

As an Email Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll lead B2C communications for all markets (newsletters, SMSs, web push notifications).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the owner of B2C communications, partnering with Country and Marketing Managers to achieve KPIs.
• Develop and manage engaging content, including newsletters (e.g., ESTO Deals), SMS, and web push notifications.
• Create and execute a monthly communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery.
• Implement A/B testing and innovate content ideas to boost performance.
• Write and edit Estonian-language content as the in-house copywriter.
• Analyze communication results and collaborate with the B2C Marketing Manager for continuous improvement.
• Work with the Distribution Product Manager to optimize deliverability metrics.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Minimum 2 years of hands-on email marketing experience and strong copywriting skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in communication.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms (Customer.io experience is a plus)
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Estonian.
