Electrical Maintenance Manager

We are now looking for an Electrical Maintenance Manager to join UPM Plywood Otepää Mill.

What will you do

Your main responsibilities are to plan and ensure the execution of maintenance and repair work for the mill's electrical and automation equipment, manage a team of electricians and automation technicians, managing projects and outsourcing in expertise area.

• Plan and organize the installations, configurations, maintenance and repair of electrical and automation equipment in production.
• Develop technology and cost efficiency.
• Organiuze the operation of the low-voltage area, and ensure the compliance of the installation with electrical safety requirements.
• Ensure the necessary tools, equipment, spare parts and materials.
• Organize and supervise outsourcing.
• Participate or lead development projects.
• Participate in a department budget planning and pursuance.
• Compile and update given manuals and technical documentation.

• appropriate professional education
• B-category certificate of electrician or readiness to acquire the certificate
• at least 3 years of work experience in electrical/ automation maintenance
• good planning and prioritization skills
• preparedness to lead a team of experts
• strategic thinking and understanding of the business environment
• Estonian language on advanced level
• English language on a good level (international projects, communication and technical documentation)
