KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design and development of electrical and automation systems for various industrial applications.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of electrical control and switching circuits.
  • Supervise the configuration and enhancement of automated control systems (PLC, HMI).
  • Manage power supply systems, frequency converters, transformers, and distribution devices.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of systems at client sites.
  • Coordinate with contractors and engineering teams for equipment integration and project execution.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Higher technical education in electrical engineering, automation, or related fields.
  • Work experience: 3+ years of experience in electrical system design, automation, or control systems.
  • Proven experience leading projects related to electrical systems and automation in industrial or aviationsectors.
  • Professional knowledge and skills: Extensive knowledge in designing electrical circuits (power and low-voltage circuits).
  • Strong knowledge of cooling, ventilation, and air conditioning system integration.Proficiency in CAD/CAE software for electrical circuit design.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English for working with technical documentation and collaborating with international partners. Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
  • Additional requirements: Leadership experience and ability to manage a team of engineers.
  • Experience with industry standards and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.Willingness to travel for project testing and installations.
