Here is what people who joined the Data Analyst team want to share with you:

“I found a vacancy on a local job site and then went directly to the scandiweb site and applied from there. After completing all recruitment steps and presenting myself in the interview, the next day I received an offer.

In the very beginning, I was given a period to complete my education courses. For example, basics of CRO and GTM, and assist on small tag edits. Gradually you receive your first billable ticket. I started my career as a Web Analyst and then became a Data Analyst which was my initial career plan. Now I also work on CDP/data engineering tasks. Jack of all trades of a kind by choice.

Even though I have gained a lot of hard skills while working here, my best learnings were related to the soft skills part. I have understood the real worth of a supportive and friendly environment, as well as of good teamwork.”

Alina Draichuk, Data Analyst. Ukraine. Joined the company 21/3/2022.

I found an open vacancy at scandiweb on LinkedIn and applied immediately, seeing it as a great opportunity to start my career. From the beginning, I was involved in several projects and gained knowledge in Adobe Analytics (AA), even before finishing my probation period. I worked with a dedicated client team as an AA analyst, and after my probation, I was assigned to work on one of scandiweb's most important clients, The MET, which made me very proud.

As I grew in the company, I am now focused on new learnings and opportunities, including a comprehensive analysis of my clients' analytics ecosystems and growth opportunities for them. Beyond technical skills, I also learned the value of being part of a well-organized and appreciative team.
