As an E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for processing online orders, coordinating with our warehouse team, and managing the logistics of order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.
• SEO & Performance Optimization: Optimize the webshop for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO to improve user experience and search engine ranking.
• Website Maintenance: Regularly monitor the webshop for functionality, performance, and uptime, ensuring that the site is always operational.
• Communicate with the warehouse team to coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment (Email, Instagram messages)
• Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve order processing and fulfillment procedures.

• Proven experience in e-commerce, order fulfillment, or logistics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with WordPress CMS, WooCommerce, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
