Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manages and supervises comprehensive hotel operations, covering administration, facilities, security, and customer service, reporting to the Front Office Manager.
  • Conducts audit procedures efficiently.
  • Ensures personalized attention and recognition for VIPs and regular guests.
  • Addresses guest complaints and resolves related issues.
  • Support Front Desk with check-in and check-out procedures.

Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE

  • You are an effective communicator who is dedicated to providing guests with warm and welcoming service.
  • You have a background in hospitality.
  • Your written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English are at a high professional level.
  • You are flexible with your working hours and available for night shifts.
  • You support the Front Desk.
