Digiturunduse spetsialist / Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital ad management, conversion tracking, and email marketing and will be responsible for maximizing our ad spend across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Ad Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Bing, YouTube, Pinterest etc.
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.

Conversion Tracking:

• Set up conversion goals and track user journeys across digital channels.
• Optimize conversion paths to enhance lead generation and sales.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Measure and analyze all digital marketing activities, providing  regular reports on performance, spend, and KPIs.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable insights.

Email Marketing:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales.
• Segment audiences, A/B test content, and optimize email performance.

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on ad management across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting.
• Skills and experience in designing creatives for digital use (banners, images, and videos).
• Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing efforts.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Estonian and English (written and spoken).
