Digital Development Manager, Channels

Your main responsibilities will include:

• leading the consumer and corporate channels in Baltics;
• building a vision and development road map for the channel development together with business and service responsibilities;
• gathering market insights and future trends together with cross-functional teams and turning these to actionable developments; 
• leading large development and transformation projects, and smaller development activities related to customer channels.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you have:

• previous experience in the responsibilities described above;
• proven track-record of implementing successful digital development projects;
• change management skills;
• excellent communication skills in English and one of the Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian);
• Bachelor's degree and multiple years of working experience in customer facing digital developments;
• willingness to travel, mainly to Finland and Baltic countries.

You will be working hands-on with Baltics business and leading the customer channels development and transformation. You have a customer-oriented mindset and bring customer insights actively into development road map and actions. You have a great business acumen, understand the value propositions for customer and you are excellent in communicating these across the organisation.
