Debt Collection Specialist

We are looking for an Estonian-English-Russian-speaking Debt collection specialist to join our international team.

 Once here you will:

• Contact debtors by phone and electronic means;
• Advise debtors: analyze the situation and offer solutions;
• Prepare payment schedules, contracts, and other documents;
• Work with databases – enter and process information.
• Manage customers in the debt collection process;
• Work with collection partners and forward flow contracts;
• Be a contributor to the development of new debt collection processes and procedures;

Requirements:

• Excellent Estonian (spoken and written, preferably mother tongue).
• Good English for corporate communication.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work individually and in a team.
