Data Entry Specialist

Orien Trade is one of Europe’s leading distributors of Korean and Japanese beauty brands, operating in 23+ countries. We are a fast-growing and international team with a mission to make high-quality skincare and cosmetics accessible across Europe.

We are now looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our back-office, purchasing, and sales support teams. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone analytical, precise, and eager to grow into other roles in our company.

• Accurately input and maintain product, client, and order data in our systems

• Verify and analyze data for completeness and consistency

• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data integrity

• Generate reports and provide insights based on your findings

• Adjust to changing priorities and processes based on business needs

• We are looking for someone with a collaborative attitude, a strong team spirit, adaptability, and a growth mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn

• Good command of Estonian and English (both spoken and written)

• Ability to work from our Tartu office

• Bonus: interest in beauty industry or experience in retail, e-commerce, or back-office functions
