As a part of our Data Operations team, you will shine a light on the crucial data, but be ready to deep dive into the numbers when more insight is required.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Taking ownership of the performance metrics for our automation team's machine-learning models and datasetsSetting up the analytical framework, in collaboration with data scientists, to understand whether changes in metrics are indicative of data problems, model problems or simply random fluctuations
• Helping evaluate the changing relevance of model training datasets in time
• Supporting the data science and dataops teams in helping them prioritise work based on your analyses
• Taking an active role in passing your analytics knowledge onto more junior team members and helping them establish a data-driven approach to their work

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• Good working experience within the realm of statistics/data science
• Proven track record of distilling actionable insights from large datasets
• Solid SQL skills
• Strong communication skills - you’re able to present findings in a concise and clear manner

You’re an especially awesome match if you have:

• Some experience in coaching/mentoring
• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with BI platforms (we use Looker and Redash)
• Knowledge of common machine-learning concepts
