Customer support with Estonian - Greece Klienditugi (eesti keeles) - Ateena, Kreeka

Our client is currently looking for candidates speaking Estonian language to work in Athens, Greece.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Estonian speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will handle a variety of tasks, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.

• Starting Dates: 15/07/2024 or later!
• We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything

What you will be doing:

• Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing a top technology company
• Responding to customers’ inquiries via e-mail, chat & phone related to the online applications store
• Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords

• Fluency in Estonian (must be C1+)
• Communicative level of English language (B2+)
• You live in Athens, Greece or you are ready to relocate there
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Base salary: 1100€ gross per month
• 14 salaries per year (as per Greek law)
• Annual Salary: 15 400€ gross per year
• Performance bonus of up to 200€ gross per month
• RELOCATION package for candidates from abroad
• Full time (40h/week), fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
• Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
