
Job Description
- Support customers via chat and e-mail.
- Participate in social media chatter, give answers to the community.
- Post to Voog's social media channels (i.e. Facebook).
- Make sure that the customer support articles are up to date.
- Create screencasts and hold occasional webinars to teach our customers the best ways to use Voog.
- Give input to the teams on how to improve the customer's experience.
Requirements
- a positive attitude towards life
- empathic communication and analytical reading skills
- fluency in written and spoken Estonian and English
- proficient computer skills and passion for technology
- capacity to occasionally work under a tight schedule
- former experience in written communication
- willingness to solve complex cases and pay attention to details
- readiness to perform in front of a camera
