GET READY TO:
- Focus on providing high level advisory services while offering a range of financial products and solutions to small-sized enterprises (SSE);
- Engage with both new and current customers, assisting them in selecting appropriate banking services;
- Take an active part in ensuring portfolio growth by approaching potential customers through different sales channels (including cold calling);
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics;
- Become a valuable team member, as we believe that stand alone we can do a lot, but as a team we can stand-out;
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver smooth customer experiences.

Ootused kandidaadile

YOUR PROFILE:
- Business-oriented and goal-driven approach;
- Experience in sales or customer service (the experience of working in a bank is considered an advantage);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Sense of responsibility, initiative and openness to innovation;
- Fluency in Estonian and English language (both written and oral).
