Customer Service Specialist (Spanish language)

service specialists answer customer questions and take care of customer complaints on behalf of our client, with the goal of ensuring a positive customer
experience.

- Inbound and outbound call handling
- Answering e-mails
- Customer services
- Accuracy in data entry
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information

Excellent Spanish language skills (native or at least C1)
Good English language skills
Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills)
