
As a Customer Service Specialist (Finnish-speaking), you'll be the hero who helps smartphone users navigate their tech troubles! Whether it’s troubleshooting issues, solving software glitches, or answering general questions, you’ll be the expert customers can rely on. You'll assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every customer walks away with a satifactory solution—and a smile.
We’re looking for someone with a strong customer service mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in technology.
You need to be fluent in Finnish (both written and spoken) and have a good command of English to collaborate with your colleagues.
You should be comfortable with assisting customers with technical issues, guiding them through solutions in a clear and friendly manner. And no need to worry - you will of course receive necessary training and support to excel in your role.
A monthly salary of 1730,40 € (Gross)
Monday to Friday schedule, giving you the freedom to relax and recharge on weekends!
