Your Responsibilities will include managing and enhancing customer communications and exception management processes. This role involves acting as the primary contact for customers regarding their shipments, handling and coordinating disputes, and creating specific invoice types based on customer requirements. The CSR is expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other internal and external stakeholders. They will drive initiatives to improve customer experience while adhering to standard group KPIs and demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset.
