About the role
We are currently seeking a service-minded individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Support Agent. Customer Service and Sales Support Agent, will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support.
The ideal candidate is snappy and does not be afraid to proactively contact to our customers and ask help from colleagues if needed. We appreciate the problem solved minset and comfortability to work with different kind of people and nationalities. The ability to be organized and self-leadership are important assets at this role as the immediate manager is located in Finland.
The primary responsabilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries (RMA) and providing timely and accurate information.
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Managing logistics and custom declarations.
- Creating invoices and processing customer orders.
- Proactively calling customers to inform them about order statuses and timetables.
We expect followings skills of an ideal candidate:
- Experienced with logistics. Handling custom declarations is an advantage.
- Good English skills. German language is an advantage.
- Good computer and MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with Epicor ERP system.
- Experience in creating invoices and managing customer orders.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Courage to make proactive calls to customers and provide updates on their orders.
- Readiness to visit HQ in Finland upon request.
