Customer Demand Specialist

* Handling of sales orders and forecasts from the customers
* Liaisons and communication with internal and external partners
* Compiling of dispatch and invoice-related documents and records
* Preparing different reports
* Coordination of different customer-related activities and projects

* Good communication skills in both oral and written
* Experience and/or education in the field of supply chain, logistics, or customer service
* Problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize your work efficiently
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
* Estonian and English (written and oral), Russian or any other language is a plus
* Analytical thinking and experience in working with data
