IPF Digital is offering a challenging role for a CRM Specialist. You will work as part of HUB CRM Team and will support and work closely together with different country managers, to develop and implement customer communication, marketing strategies and advertising trough different channels.
Key responsibilities in the role:
• CRM (Marketing Cloud)
- SMS and E-mail implementation and sending
- Setting up automated communication and customer journeys
- Developing and sending out AdHoc SMS and E-mail campaigns
- Implementing effective CRM communication strategies
- Finding new ways how to improve and optimize customers experience
- Implementation of marketing materials from technical point of view – HTML e-mails
- Support of marketing and other departments managers, within different countries
- Full participation and cooperation with global CRM HUB Team

• Business and marketing Analysis
- Segmentation of customers by set target audiences as well as creation and understanding new target audiences to work with campaign implementation and increase campaign efficiency
- Regular analysis overview of actions/campaigns
- Analysing user’s actions, behaviour and habits using internal databases, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and other data reports
- Supporting the lead strategist and managers with research, analysis and reporting in related areas
- Knowing and managing tools and data in CRM

Key requirements to be successful at your job:
• • Being able to combine technical work with strong cooperation with Business side
• Fluent in written and spoken business English (essential)
• SQL knowledge will be an advantage
• Ability to analyse and interpret information to provide recommendations
• Innovative, inquisitive, analytical
• Strong reporting and optimization skills
• Experience with outbound marketing (SMS, E-mail)
• Experience with E-mail/ marketing automation platforms
• Experience working in an international environment in a global HUB team
• Ability to attend business trips to other countries
