Credit Collector - Portuguese Speaking

• Communicating with our B2B customers via phone and e-mail
• Manage your own portfolio of customers
• Ensuring that all customers are aware about their debts and payment terms
• Processing reports and keep track of the account statements
• Sending reminders and invoice releases accordingly
• Communicate with our stakeholders and other departments in a professional and polite manner

• Fluency in English and Portuguese languages
• Good grasp of MS Office suite
• Good time management skills and ability to work with deadlines
• Not afraid of challenging assignments
• Love to work with details and systems
• Have good communication and social skills and positive mind
• Are a EU citizen or hold a long-term residence permit

Working time is from Monday to Friday from 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00 (includes 1 hour lunch)
