Credit Analyst / Senior Credit Analyst

Get ready to:
- Conduct thorough credit analysis for corporate clients, evaluating financial statements, cash flows, collateral and risk factors;
- Assess creditworthiness, make recommendations, and prepare loan memorandum for complex corporate transactions;
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to structure credit transactions aligned with business objectives;
- Monitor credit exposures, perform periodic reviews, and ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements.

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus;
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Credit Analyst within a corporate banking environment;
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data and assess credit risk;
- Fluency in Estonian and English (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills to articulate credit recommendations effectively to Credit Committee;
- Sound knowledge of financial modelling, credit risk assessment, and industry trends.
