Continuous Improvement Specialist

Apply if you would be happy to:
- drive continuous improvement initiatives
- develop training materials on Lean principles, tools, and techniques
- conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on Lean concepts and practices
- facilitate hands-on exercises and simulations to help employees understand and apply Lean principles in their work
- collaborating with management to identify opportunities for Lean improvement projects

We will be happy if you have or are willing to develop:
- previous experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (considered as benefit)
- excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions and workshops
- strong analytical skills and the ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and management to drive continuous improvement initiatives
