Join our Large Motors & Generators business unit in Jüri, Estonia, as a Continuous Improvement Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to enhance local production performance, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive operational excellence through impactful improvement initiatives.

The working model for the role is: On-site

Your role and responsibilities

• Participates in developing and implementing the local unit’s continuous improvement strategy to achieve key business goals
• Using a data-driven approach, proactively seek and execute improvement opportunities to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure the presence of processes and systems to capture continuous improvement ideas and track results effectively
• Drive best practice sharing within the business unit and CI community to standardize and optimize operations Promote a culture of continuous improvement through employee training and engagement at all levels, through organizing thematic events and training

• Higher education in a relevant field
• Fluency in Estonian and English, with conversational Russian skills
• Practical experience driving continuous improvement initiatives, preferably with Lean Six Sigma knowledge
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Ability to build collaborative networks and maintain a customer-focused, business-oriented mindset
• Strong computer skills (O365, PowerBI, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.)
