Continuous Improvement Champion

We are now seeking a Continuous Improvement Champion to help us further building the future of food. You will be based in Saue, Estonia and report to the Factory Manager, Saue. You will be part of the factory management team and collaborate closely with Continuous Improvement Champions across Paulig. The work requires occasional travelling to other Paulig group countries.

In this role as Continuous Improvement Champion you will have the opportunity to drive organisation towards Operational Excellence. You will be responsible for increasing efficiency and reducing cost in all our processes by using Lean principles and methods as well as other CI tools in the whole supply chain.

What you will do

• develop and implement continuous improvement projects
• develop and implement improvement policies
• help out sites with CI projects
• identify process improvement opportunities
• lead process improvement projects

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this:

• Master/Bachelor in Engineering in relevant disciplines or similar
• more than 5 years’ experience in lean and project management
• strong at delivering results and managing change
• Fluent Estonian and English
