Job Description
What will you be doing?

Oversee the daily operations of the banqueting team, ensuring all events are executed according to the client’s specifications and company standards.

Ensure the correct setup and breakdown of banquet rooms and areas according to event orders, including seating arrangements, decorations, and audio-visual equipment.

Train and manage banquet staff, including servers, and setup crew. Provide on-the-job training to maintain high service standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Monitor the inventory of banquet supplies, including linens, glassware, and utensils, and coordinate with the C&B Manager to replenish stock as needed.

Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards and follow company policies and procedures.
