Job Description
Commercial Director, come join our professional team!
As a Commercial Director your main responsibilities are:
- General management of the sales department;
- Development and implementation of plans for the sales team;
- Participation in the development of sales and purchasing strategy;
- Expanding the partner base and maintaining the existing one;
- Expansion of the trade line;
- Operational coordination of the work of the sales department;
- Coordination of the work of the sales department and other departments of the company;
- Hiring and training personnel for the sales department;
- Development and maintenance of a motivational system for the sales team;
- Management accounting of the activities of the trading department;
- Participation in the general management of the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics retail industry in a managerial position;
- Higher education in finance, logistics or business management;
- Good understanding of trends in the electronics market;
- Knowledge of document management and ability to work with contracts;
- Ability to make decisions quickly;
- Stress resistance and ability to lead a team;
- Understanding the goal-setting process and achieving the desired results;
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages at a very good level;
- Availability of additional certificates and diplomas will be an advantage.
