Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assist and advise clients in completing the onboarding process on the platform
  • Configure business cases and confirm integration flow
  • Collect and prepare KYC/AML documents for Compliance review
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relations
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Continuously build your client portfolio
  • Reach out to existing clients on a daily/weekly basis, for retention and potential upsell purposes
  • Proactively expand business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue delegations/escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment
  • Operate independently on a day-to-day basis

Requirements

  • BS degree in business administration or related field
  • Successful previous experience in sales, client account or relationship management
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Independent thinking and self-starting
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate at all company levels (from technical personnel to management)
  • Formal presentation and negotiation skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English (mandatory - both written and spoken), knowledge of Russian/Estonian/French/Spanish/Italian is a plus
  • Superior analytical skills
