Job Description
• General office work, filing of papers and organization of tasks
• Accounting work, filing of tax refund claims, preparing vouchers
• Requesting and evaluation of quotations for purchase of office equipments
• Handle telephone calls and emails in the Mission
• Any other related tasks assigned by the Embassy
Requirements
- Computer skills: MS office and good IT skills.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in both Estonian and English – written andspoken
- Communicative and friendly personality with team spirit
- Structured way of working with proactive approach
- Ability to multi task and establish effective interpersonal relationship within a team ability to prioritize tasks
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Only Estonian Nationals or persons having a long-term employment visa/ workpermit in Estonia may apply
Company offers
- Fixed Gross Salary (Brutto) of Euros 2000 per month
- Annual increment maybe granted subject to satisfactory service during the preceding period of 12months
- Besides, this monthly pay, no other allowances, such as CompensatoryAllowance, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance or rent-freeaccommodation in lieu, Conveyance Allowance etc are admissible
- Employers share of social security and unemployment insurance will bepaid by the Embassy in accordance with local laws
- Mandatory employee contributions towards fixed pension, unemploymentinsurance and income tax will be deducted as per the rates prescribed by the Estonian tax and customs board
