Job Description
- Oversee and provide technical support to mechanics to ensure repair work meets the highest standards.
- Ensure quality control for all performed tasks.
- Collaborate with the Development Team to drive innovation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Plan work procedures using technical manuals and personal expertise to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
- Expertise: Strong mechanical knowledge with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide a team, mentor mechanics, and work independently.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for company needs.
- Planning Skills: Experience in scheduling and organizing activities.
- Preferred: Porsche experience.
