Chief Information Security Officer

CISO is responsible for establishing and maintaining CR14's information security management system, assessing its effectiveness, and implementing necessary actions to ensure adequate security for the organization's information assets. The role includes advising CR14's leadership on information security matters and coordinating security implementation. The manager follows international information security standards and best practices to fulfill their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update information security policies

• Manage security systems and coordinate risk management

• Oversee incident management and conduct audits

• Train staff on security awareness and ensure crisis readiness

• Support and lead the team (in the future)

The ideal candidate

• Preferably a higher education degree in IT

• Strong knowledge of legal regulations: ISO2700, NIST frameworks, or similar

• At least 4 years of prior work experience in the Information Security field

• Initiative and the ability to work independently and creatively

• Decision-making and accountability within the role’s scope

• Strong analytical skills

• Collaboration, communication, and leadership qualities

• Military service or military work experience and possession of Security Clearances is an advantage

• Willingness to apply for a security clearance if needed 

• Willingness to work on-site in Tallinn, with the option for partial hybrid work if desired
