YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Managing the company's accounting from primary documents to Financial reporting in accordance with the applicable Estonian laws;
- Preparing and submitting financial, tax, and statistical reports and declarations to the management and state institutions on time;
- Managing and controlling of payroll accounting process, conducted by outsourcing provider, including related payments and taxes;
- Controlling and improving accounting processes within the company;
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline accounting systems and integrate financial processes;
- Collaborating in the execution of financial and internal audits;
- Consulting employees on accounting and tax-related matters;
- Other tasks related to accounting and company finances.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Have a university degree in finance, accounting, or economics;
- Have 3-4 years of successful experience in a similar role (chief accountant/senior accountant);
- Have a solid knowledge of Estonian legal regulations related to accounting, taxes, and corporate operations;
- Possess excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Have analytical and strategic thinking abilities;
- Be independent, responsible, proactive, precise, and detail-oriented;
- Have good proficiency in MS Office and experience working with accounting software SAP;
- Experience in retail company would be an advantage
- Have excellent knowledge of English or Russian.
