C++ Software Developer

• Develop and enhance features in our advanced remote tower and voice communication systems.
• Maintain and optimize system updates using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks.
• Improve the architecture of our systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Experience in C++, with use of C++14 or later (bonus points for Qt experience!).
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with soft real-time systems or VoIP is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with teams and partners across multiple geographical locations.
• Proficiency in Estonian and English language.
