Job Description

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Maintaining and improving overall office premises and well-being;
  • Office maintenance: taking care of kitchens, office supply deliveries and managing relations with daily service providers;
  • Coordinating cleaning services;
  • Meeting rooms management;
  • Supporting internal event planning;
  • Daily communication and problem solving;
  • Access management and employee onboarding preparations;
  • Parking service administration;
  • Travel management;
  • Document and postal service handling.

Requirements

You are the right person if you share our values and have:

  • At least Secondary education;
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Professional Estonian and English languages both spoken and written.
  • You must have the ability to “have many balls in the air” - time management is the key!
