BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overseeing existing partnerships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Mapping and optimizing the sales pipeline, with a focus on client management and time planning.
• Driving sales growth and expanding revenue.
• Reporting on the sales funnel, including size, status, and opportunities, to the management team.
• Leading business negotiations with B2B clients to secure favorable outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in client management, B2B sales, and e-commerce.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth across various business opportunities.
• Organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable contacting and meeting with clients.
• Strong English and Estonian language skills (Russian is a plus).
