In HR Core team you have the opportunity to:

• Increase the customer satisfation of Swedbank’s employees, by developing to them user friendly internal tools.
• Set the direction and contribute to Oracle HR and Payroll systems’ development in the Baltics.
• Develop your analytical, social, managerial and IT skills, while working together with experienced IT team and business stakeholders.
• Learn and develop your skills in World class HR software Oracle HCM.
• Analyze on detail level business process’ flows and calculations’ logics.
• Be a boss of your own while having a strong cross functional team supporting your back!

• Strong analytical mindset (ability to transform Business needs into comprehensive IT requirements);
• Demonstrated 2 years of analyst experience and/or working with Oracle HR and Payroll systems
• Basic understanding of agile software development process
• Readiness to learn new technical details
• Ability to work independently with a strong focus on deliveries.
• Personality to drive and lead discussions with a focus of finding consensus and formulating the decision.
• Readiness for intensive and cooperative team-work;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to conceptualize topics, be a bridge between IT and business.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• SQL skills would be a nice benefit.

If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2700-4100 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.

If you are to be employed in Estonia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2750-4150 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
