Barista

You will:

• Be responsible for daily operations in the shop – serving clients, preparing quality tea and coffee, making sure all shop operations are smooth and efficient.
• Help adapt the tone and voice of the Hooligaan brand.
• Receive top remuneration with up to EUR 1500 after trial period plus performance bonusses and other perks.

Hooligaan team is looking for:

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Deep drive and lack of fear to learn, to experiment, to improve skills to prepare excellent bubble tea and run smooth operations.
• Skills with drink and/or food production and knowledge how to operate a cash register are considered as an advantage.
• Excellent Estonian, good English and some Russian language knowledge.
• At least 18 years of age.
