About the role

Tamro Baltics is looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Baltic Distribution Center Data and Business Process Analyst.

Are you passionate about distribution center operations, data analysis, and improving business processes?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the continuous improvement of our distribution center and transport operations across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. You will work closely with various departments to analyse data and review business processes, helping to drive efficiency and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To improve the efficiency of warehouse and transport operations in EE, LT, LV, and support continuous improvement projects and enhance overall performance;
  • Analyse and review business processes and conduct data analysis in the distribution value chain to identify improvement opportunities;
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust performance metrics for operational processes, integrating them into the management system (capability to create Power BI reports);
  • Utilize LEAN/KAIZEN methodologies to identify and implement improvements in distribution center and transport operations, as well as customer service processes;
  • Facilitate cooperation across the distribution and transport functions in the Baltics, sharing best practices and unifying business processes;
  • Proactively inform and engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather valuable insights.

Your Experience, Skills, and Attitudes:

  • University degree in Data Analysis, Distribution Center Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related area;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in distribution center and transport operations, preferably with exposure to LEAN principles;
  • Proficiency in using modern data analytics tools (Power BI preferred) and Azure Data Factory (preferred);
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and use insights to drive improvements;
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with diverse international teams and senior management;
  • Adaptive learner with a tech-savvy mindset, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • English proficiency; knowledge of Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian is a plus;
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time across the Baltics.
