B2C Marketing Manager
Take charge of ESTO’s marketing efforts as our new B2C Marketing Manager!If you are a data-driven marketing expert and thrive on optimizing digital performance, crafting impactful campaigns, and achieving measurable success, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a lasting impact in the fintech sector!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Marketing & Management:
• Lead B2C performance marketing across digital channels, managing Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads to achieve KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, reduce CAC, and ensure budget efficiency.
Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage data-driven B2C marketing campaigns, collaborating with agencies and internal teams.
• Continuously enhance messaging, visuals, and CTAs based on performance insights.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Align marketing efforts with product strategies by working closely with the Product Personal Vertical Owner.
• Partner with internal specialists (e.g., Designer, Communications, Social Media) and designers to create impactful marketing materials.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment with ESTO’s marketing goals and optimize performance.
Monitoring and Reporting:
• Oversee campaign and ad performance, providing structured reports and actionable insights.
• Present monthly performance reviews to the CMO, recommending improvements.
Strategic Contributions:
• Serve as the point of contact for all B2C marketing projects, driving coordination across departments.
• Generate ideas for enhancing marketing strategies and future brand initiatives.
Future Brand Marketing:
• Take ownership of brand marketing as part of ESTO’s evolving strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4–5 years in B2C performance marketing (fintech/tech preferred).
• Proven track record in Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta Ads optimization.
• Fluent English and C2-level proficiency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian.
Skills:
• Proficiency in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and automation platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Mixpanel, Preset).
• Experience in creating and managing budgets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
