We are looking for Automation Designer/Engineer for to design environmentally friendly shore power and charging solutions for ships all over the world. In this role you will:
• Creating technical specifications for products in cooperation with the project and engineering departments;
• Selecting automation and electrical components;
• Designing automation diagrams and cabinet layouts;
• Participating in the machinery implementation (incl. testing, troubleshooting, on-site set-up, and validation);
• Creating and managing comprehensive documentation.

In order to excel, we expect you to be innovative, independent, and creative, to be able to work well under pressure, to be willing to embrace new technological solutions, to be a creative team player, and to meet the following requirements:
• Work experience in automation and/or electrical design;
• Higher education (BSc or higher);
• Systematic and organized working style;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Beneficial skills: PLC programming experience; electrical design experience (EPLAN).
