AUTOMATION DESIGN ENGINEER

Do you want to be part of automation design for machinery?

We welcome applications from specialists for the position of Automation Designer/Engineer for environmentally friendly shore power and charging solutions for ships all over the world, whose tasks include drafting technical specifications for products in cooperation with the project and engineering departments, designing automation and electrical components, participating in the machinery implementation process (incl. testing, troubleshooting, on-site set-up and validation) and drafting and managing comprehensive documentation.

In order to excel, we expect you to be innovative, independent and creative, to be able to work well under pressure, to be willing to embrace new technology, to be a creative team player and to meet the following requirements:

• Prepare product technical specifications in cooperation with project and engineering departments;
• Automation and electrical design;
• Participate in the commissioning process which includes testing, troubleshooting, on-site setup and validation;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Beneficial skills: PLC programming experience; electrical design experience (EPLAN).
