• Develop and maintain clear, engaging training materials for end-users.
• Perform system testing to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Manage support tickets to provide timely resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Assistant Project Manager who meets the following qualifications:

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Estonian, with very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A basic understanding of the tech landscape.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individually.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Experience in the automotive industry, bringing valuable industry insights.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support platforms.
• Polish language skills to enhance communication with specific clients.
