Area Sales Manager (temporary contract)

Tasks:

• direct responsibility for the sales department
• training and supporting store employees and verifying their activities
• implementation of corporate guidelines for the sales process in the stores and coordination of their activities in accordance with turnover targets
• goods management
• securing, preparing and carrying out actions and controlling their results
• observing the activities of market competition and current trends
• controlling the operating costs of stores in the subordinate area and carrying out activities aimed at their streamlining
• support in the process of opening new stores and their subsequent refitting
• coordination of Visual Merchandising activities
• human resources management and budget control in the subordinate area

Requirements:

• motivation for action
• a natural leader, a person who likes challenges and is not afraid of hard work
• English at a communicative level, allowing for free communication - a necessary condition
• experience in human resources management
• goal orientation
• highly developed organizational and negotiation skills
• availability – readiness for frequent business trips
• communication skills and self-confidence
• valid driving license category B
