AREA MANAGER

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the team of Store Managers towards effective collaboration and reaching business goals by supporting them in daily activities and problem-solving
• Recruiting store employees and supporting Store Managers in development of their teams
• Implementing the Sales Department's strategy in stores to achieve business goals and ensure long-term success
• Tracking sales budget performance and the implementation of standards and procedures
• Controlling store preparation for stock-take and ensuring procedures to minimize stock loss
• Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency as well as operating and personnel costs in stores

If you have at least:

• Experience in leadership and solid communication skills
• Work experience in retail business would be advantage
• Good knowledge of English, Russian and Estonian languages
• B category driver's license and ability to travel across Estonia and abroad when needed
