Application Specialist
Miss Mary is a rapidly growing company with our primary sales conducted online, both in D2C and B2B where we in the recent years have undergone a transformation into a modern e-commerce company and our products are sold in more than 18 countries. We have offices in Borås and Tallinn and in Tallinn we also have our part of our production and warehouse. The company has tripled in size over the past five years, and we plan to continue growing at the same pace. In relation with this growth - so is the wishlist on the Supply chain and supportive applications to be able to meet the demands of our customers. We need to strengthen our team with more talents who can challenge and be challenged in our mission that Miss Mary will be the obvious lingerie choice on the market for the functional and quality-conscious customer.
As an Applications specialist you will be a key player to ensure that the application within ERP and PDM support meet the business continuity in high availability, continuous improvements, security, and scalability to meet current and future business needs. You vill report directly to COO and the position requires a few travel days per year to headquarters in Borås, Sweden.
We work in cross-functional teams, always looking for opportunities to increase sales worldwide and new markets. We will therefor only consider applications in English.
Main responsibilites;
- Lead or participate in related projects – cooperate with the IT-department to improve current set-up, arrange and carry out system upgrades.
- Design and configure – customize applications to meet the business needs, internal and external integrations.
- Educate users – act as a superuser and provide training
- Technical support – manage troubleshooting and cooperate with users and suppliers to solve technical issues
- Evaluate – the impact of new releases and upgrades.
- Data management – verify data quality
- Security – manage user access
- Reports – support for the need of Excel reports
Minimum/relevant Qualifications
- Relevant education and proven hands-on experience (>3 yrs) working as an Application Specialist or comparable role (D365 highly meritorious)
- Great understanding of Supply Chain
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Great communication skills with the ability to handle change management and explain convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Pro-active, self-motivated and well-organized
- Good knowledge in English and Estonian, both spoken and written
