Analyst - People Analytics

Job Description

We’re looking for a People Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to partner across the People tribe to drive data based decision making and ensure robust measurement of the impact of the work we do - all to ensure that we are enhancing our Wiser experience to best enable impact on our mission. 
This is a unique opportunity to work with a rich People dataset and drive actionable insights within a People team that is serious about using data to shape the focus of its work. 
 

Here’s how you’ll be contributing:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the People Tribe to identify key business questions and hypotheses, employing consulting techniques to prioritise analytical projects effectively according to impact.
  • Aggregate data from a range of our People systems to derive actionable insights spanning the entire employee lifecycle. Use the power of storytelling to deliver recommendations that empower the People tribe to make informed talent decisions.
  • Apply advanced analytics and data science techniques to solve complex people problems.
  • Play a role to upskill the analytical capabilities of the People Tribe at scale and can correctly interpret People data from our self-serve dashboards and people analytics products
  • Embed analytical thinking and assessment into our People Projects & initiatives so that we are consistently measuring the impact of the work we do
  • Work across our full people analytics tool stack, building out our data infrastructure, working with APIs and complex data sets.

Qualifications

  • You are located in Estonia
  • You have a track record in scoping, building, and delivering impactful people analytics solutions.
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to tell compelling stories from complex data and drive action from your analysis.
  • You have experience with designing and owning data assets; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation tools to democratise data.
  • You have stakeholder management skills; you know how to partner with senior stakeholders and work cross functionally.
  • You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow.
  • You have experience in advanced analytics & data sciences (e.g ML, AI) techniques using R or Python.

Additional Information

Salary Band: €3,500 - €4,350 + RSUs
